Uthai House is situated at Pattani province in Thailand. In the middle of the flat land near by the Ocean of Southern Thailand, the owner would like to have the tropical two stories house next to the beach and grow his family.

 

The Main concept is connecting all the spaces together and put the Facility, Function and main system HVAC located in the center of the house.  Because of that concept, the family members could take 360 views surround, to see the beach on the front and the Teak garden on the back of the house.
